Sedikit Setting Mempercepat Firefox

Aha...lagi enak2 jalan-jalan bersama mBah google, ketemu sebuah cara menarik, tips mempercepat browsing pake firefox, coba-cobi walhasil trik yang sempurna. Perjalanan firefox penulis jadi lumayan cepet dari semula...hehe good info kalo penulis bilang...sip..dah :-D

Caranya gampang aja. Untuk masuk ke halaman konfigurasi Firefox cukup ketik “about:config” di address bar browser. Lalu tambahkan dan update value dari setting-settingan berikut ini...(klik kanan lalu klik menu "Baru")

Tips Bila Flash Disk Bermasalah

Jaman sekarang yang namanya alat penyimpan data atawa file sudah sangat modern sekali, penulis masih ingat jamannya disket yang segede alaihim tapi kapasitasnya cuma 1.44 MB...yah kurang lebih segede gitulah....

Tapi sekarang ini ada yang namanya flash disk, anehnya bentuknya lebih kecil banget dari disket tapi kapasitasnya yang alaihim bisa ber puluh2 gegabyte...wuih memang jaman sekarang semakin maju and berkembang ^_^.

Penulis punya secuil info bagi mereka yang flash disk-nya bermasalah....

Berikut ini langkah-langkah untuk mengantur pendeteksian USB Disk secara manual di Windows XP

1. Buka menu Add Hardware dengan cara mengklik [Start]>[Control Panel]>[Add Hardware]. Jika menu tersebut belum terlihat, klik [Switch to Classic View] yang ada di menu sebelah kiri.

2. Setelah menu tersebut dipilih, maka akan muncul wisaya yang menuntun pada proses pendeteksian hardware, Klik [Next]

3. Sistem selanjutnya akan memeriksa keberadaan hardware baru yang sudah tertancap namun belum terdeteksi. Kalau USB flash disk sudah berhasil dikenali, muncul salah satu hal dari hal-hal berikut ini : Muncul menu autorun, Pernyataan bahwa USB flash disk mendukung koneksi USB yang lebih cepat, Muncul ikon "Removable hardware "pada systen tray dan Muncul dirive baru di Windows Explorer atau My Computer.

4. Kalau salah satu hal tersebut terjadi, pendeteksian tidak perlu diteruskan. Klik [Cancel] pada tampilan berikutnya.

Nah, biar enggak bolak-balik Control Panel setiap kali ada perangkat USB yang dicolok, buatlah shortcut [Add Hardware] di Quick Launch Toolbar. Langkah-langkah seperti berikut ini.

1. Buka Control Panel dan ubah tampilannya ke mode "klasik" (switch to Classic Mode) seperti langkah 1 di atas.

2. Seret ikon Add Hardware dan jatuhkan ke Quick Launch Toolbar. Kalau toolbar tersebut belum muncul, Anda dapat mengaktifkannya dengan klik kanan pada taskbar, klik [Propertis]>[Taskbar]. Kemudian, beri tanda centang pada [Show Quick Launch].

5. Tulis kata “google linux” pada kotak teks, lalu tekan/ klik “I’m Feeling Lucky” atau "saya lagi beruntung". maka ikon google yang biasa menjadi ikon linux.

6. Tulis kata “google easter egg” lalu tekan/ klik “I’m Feeling Lucky” atau "saya lagi beruntung". maka sobat-sobat akan disuguhi dengan tampilan mesin pencari google dengan sebuah game menangkap telur , dimana sobat-sobat bisa mengendalikan gerak kelinci tersebut.

Untuk code-code diatas silahkan anda copas kedalam notepad kemudian ganti set website=http://yoursite.com dan %website%/ dengan url anda agar nantinya bekerja untuk mendapatkan backlink gratis ke situs anda.

Agar tidak terlalu capek ganti gunakan MS words dari fasilitas replace cukup klik tombol Ctrl+F, kemudian bila kebetulan koneksi yang sobat gunakan masih dibawah rata-rata silahkan ubah 1000 pada -w 1000 sebesar mungkin.


Simpan kedalam notepad dan save dengan filename.bat lalu jalankan caranya cukup klik open dan biarkan web browser IE anda berjalan, dari semua URL situs diatas ada yang bisa ada yang tidak tapi setelah saya coba 90% working.
